HOW IT WORKS
Kanika Mangal, the founder of Flow Mantra is a Certified Dance Movement Therapy facilitator from CMTAI, India.
Her journey so far has been exceptionally diverse as she also brings:
7+ years of professional experience including leading business for various marketing agencies and collaborating with brands like Flipkart, Unacademy, Dabur, MG, Zee5 & many more
A keen analytical mind (ex-Actuarial Analyst at Mercer)
Double dose of commerce (B.Com & M.Com, University of Delhi)
Bridging corporate expertise with creative wellness, Kanika found her true calling in human-centric work. Now, she has decided to dedicate her life to help others transform their lives through the power of movement and guiding towards their best selves.
